Location: Travel Position but you will be responsible for getting to and from our shop at 544 Clinton Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113. All travel expenses, lodging, and meals (after the first meal) are fully covered by the company.

About the Role:
A day in the life: Our Restoration Foreman would be a natural leader with hands-on experience in concrete restoration and construction. They would thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy guiding a team to success. FORJAK Industrial is looking for an experienced and motivated Restoration Foreman to lead restoration projects across the country. This is a travel-heavy field position, where you’ll oversee and coordinate teams on a variety of exciting restoration and construction projects.
On a given day, as a Restoration Foreman, you will:
95% out-of-state travel, 5 days at a time with overnight stays.
Lead a crew of 4-5 restoration technicians, providing guidance and support throughout each project’s lifecycle.
Oversee the restoration of concrete structures, including demoing, pouring, spall repair, crack repair, and finishing. Perform concrete surface prep, media blasting, and coating applications.
Collaborate with the superintendent to develop work plans, schedules, and allocate resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards, customer specifications, and manufacturer recommendations, with a focus on craftsmanship and durability.
Identify and resolve technical issues or project challenges as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Maintain accurate daily reports, track material usage, and document project progress, ensuring transparency and communication with superintendents and clients.
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and progress.
Adhere to company work safety policies.
Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
Schedule & Travel:
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with day and night shift hours. This department typically works an average of ten to twelve-hour days. This is a traveling position that will be on the road 95% of the time. The company covers all travel expenses, lodging, and food after the first meal while traveling.

The qualified candidate we seek is a Restoration Foreman with these QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance: Required for this travel-intensive role.
Previous experience as a Restoration Foreman or in a similar leadership role within concrete restoration, structural repair, or construction.
In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, pouring, and finishing processes, as well as experience with coatings and media blasting.
Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a crew and ensure project goals are met with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.
Analytical mindset, able to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance project quality and reduce timelines.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to documentation.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks associated with concrete restoration.

Equipment Operation: Proficient in handling and operating specialized tools and equipment used in concrete restoration work, including drills, grinders, pumps, and spray machines.
Quality Assurance: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout the restoration process, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Mathematical Skills: Basic understanding of measurements, calculations, and ratios involved in concrete mixing, patching, and repair.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills are needed to efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Physical Stamina: The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed to achieve collective project goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs and schedules.
Professionalism: Ability to uphold a professional demeanor by exhibiting reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Additional Qualifications Desired:
Ability to operate larger equipment: skidsteers, scissor lifts, telehandlers, wheel loaders, excavators, and forklifts.
Ability to lift, carry, and move 50 pounds or less.
Ability to stand and sometimes be in awkward posture positions for extended periods of time.
